Sophia Felix is a multifaceted entrepreneur, philanthropist, and mental health advocate, best known as the Program Strategist for Music Therapy For Veterans. Her philanthropic efforts, leadership, and passion to create meaningful initiatives led her to serve. Sophia’s passion and goal is to strategize and implement programs to ensure our veterans can fully engage and experience music therapy with a unique holistic therapeutic approach, especially to support veterans who are experiencing PTSD and mental health symptoms.

In addition to her work at Music Therapy For Veterans, Sophia Felix is Founder and CEO of HBM Talent & Management, a talent management and consulting agency representing clients in Los Angeles and New York. Since its inception in 2013, HBM has built a strong reputation by managing versatile talent in various divisions, including print, commercials, movies, music, campaigns, and live events.

Sophia’s approach to consulting is deeply personal and hands-on. She emphasizes building genuine relationships with her clients, offering mentorship, and ensuring their mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being. Her commitment extends beyond business, as she actively participates in community service during the holidays.

Sophia’s leadership and impact have earned her several accolades, including the 2021 Telly Award in the “Social Impact” category, San Diego Hometown Hero Award, and the ABCIO News Leadership Award.
